Challenge number one was a to include dots, stripes and a PKS stamp. Here is what I came up with:
Isn't she adorable? She is from the first ever PKS stamp of the month set and now that I figured out how to color her, I really love her! I fussy cut the dress and heart to include the dots and stripes. I water colored the rest of the image. Water coloring stamped images is my medium. Sometimes colored pencils. Markers? FORGEDDABOUDIT. We are NOT friends.
I also wanted to highlight the beautiful handmade background paper I used, so I stamped the sentiment right on it!
Challenge number two was a monochrome challenge, but using any colors we like! I went with cream and brown for my color scheme.
I am in love with that ribbon I bought from Close to my Heart and I decided some hand drawn stitching might be fun. I love the cute retro faces from PKS.
Lastly, my baby girl was feeling a little better after being home all week with a nasty bug, so she played along too. She went with the monochrome, pink & cream were her color choice and here is what she came up with:
Gosh that bear is adorable!
I hope you enjoyed today's fun! I think I might try some more challenges...I haven't been playing along for a while and this was really fun!

All 3 cards are FABULOUS... my fav is the first one. She is way too cute.
