This is a file form SVGCuts.com it's from the Poplar Street Tulips kit. I was pleasantly surprised at how large this kit made the egg! This is a fabulous gift package for spring time or Easter gifts. I used some new pretty spring time paper I found at JoAnn's on sale... Although my lighting doesn't do it justice in this picture! I have GOT to set up a late night picture taking area. But we don't really have room. So I just tend to grab whatever and try to make it work... Anywhoo, I tried some ribbon at first and HATED it. Clearly I don;t have the right ribbon on hand. So I tried the next best thing: ruffled paper! What do you think?
This M&M's package gives you an idea of the size when cut on a 12 x 12 mat! Wow!
I still think it needs a bow, or sparkles, or something... But I can't quite put my finger on it!!! Any ideas crafty-bloggy-friends? I bet you know EXACTLY what it needs. Do share!
So here is another not quite finished project.... I made these mailboxes from SVGcuts.com too. They are adorable, a good size and pretty sturdy! My son stole the blue one right away. I still haven't added any embellishments to the pink one.
He added his own....
Who knew that all the mail box needed was some eyes? LOL.
I think I have some ideas for the pink box. If they turn out I will share next week. :)
I hope you have a fun & crafty weekend!
Oh and my order from the new Close to my Heart Spring catalog will be here today! Yipee! I can start sharing some new projects with you from the new catalog! Hooray!
